What to expect
How To Prepare
Please wear comfortable clothing and easy-to-remove footwear to your appointment. Please remove belts, braces or thick jackets before your session. For your first visit, please also bring any relevant medical records.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know before your appointment so we can accommodate for you. Please let us know if you require; wheelchair access, pushchair entry, if you have mobility restrictions (e.g. need assistance getting on/off the treatment bench, require the bench at a certain height, or cannot lie flat), hearing or visual impairments, assistance animals, sensory sensitivity, language barriers or medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy or conditions that affect your movement or posture).
How To Get Here
We have parking on-site and we are only a 10-minute walk from Hinckley train station. We are right by the traffic lights, if you have trouble finding us or require additional directions, please contact us.
If you’re arriving on foot, please enter through the car park gates and make your way to the double doors. Once inside, feel free to make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Kindly remove your shoes and jackets to prepare for your appointment. Take a seat and relax, your Chiropractor will greet you personally at your appointment time.
Bookings
For bookings, please use the booking page to find a convenient time for yourself. Please note emergency appointments incur an additional charge. We also work with multiple insurance companies including AXA, Vitality, WPA, Aviva, etc. Please message us before booking to confirm.
