Your first visit

During your first appointment, we will take your previous medical history which will include your reason for visiting, current symptoms and wellness goals.

We will then complete a thorough physical examination to identify the root cause of your concerns. This can include Neurological Tests, Orthopaedic Tests and Postural analysis.

If there are no contraindications, you will receive your first treatment session during your first visit or advice/ referral if required.

After your findings have been assessed, you will be informed of your results and be provided with a personalised care plan during your second visit. Subsequent treatment sessions typically last 15-20 minutes.
